/dev/null.2439: ELF 32-bit LSB core file Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), SVR4-style, SVR4-style, from 'traceaddy.cgi'

can I delete this Files or give it issues?

Go on, have a guess
They're probably core dump files created with that name from a workaround for the recent kernel issue surrounding core dumps. If so, you can simply delete them.
