    RLimitMEM & RLimitCPU

I am very interested in finding out how these two work, i already seen the Apache site and that doesnt really state anything other then these are simply limits,

But how does apachelimits.pl figure these numbers out....what if i set the CPU to...2 and the MEM to 10, what would happen?

What does these numbers mean, current only one server i have

    RLimitMEM 103365290
    RLimitCPU 120
