I have a dedicated server, root access, WHM

I know that when I set up a reseller they get the cpanel3-skel directory in their root so they can set up default new account pages.

What I want is to have that in my dedicated account for every new account I set up OUTSIDE any reseller's account.

But I don't have the directory in my root.

So... I made the directory in my root, put in the required minimum files but it does nothing.

As root in dedicated server via WHM where/how do I set up the skel directory so it works for all new non-reseller accounts as well?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    ssh into your server..

    go here
    cd /root/cpanel3-skel

place what you want in the public_html folder and from then on..any new account you make
will show the files in the new users account..
