root e-mails failing to send

    i have cPanel 11.25.0-R44675 and it refuses to send e-mails to the root account which is routed to my email on the server i didn't have this problem on the stable build but i do on the release build here's the error that shows in the exim_mainlog

    can someone please help i can't figure out whats wrong is it a bug in this release build because i didn't have this issue with the stable build

    Did you change your hostname ?
    root@epichosting should be something like root@sub.domain.tld, sub.domain.tld being your full hostname.

    it use to show the full root@epichosting.epic-hosting.com on the stable version of cPanel but when i switched to the release version now it only shows the root@epichosting but i look at dns files and everything it shows the full host name so its got to be a bug in this version of cPanel

    What is the output of the command "hostname" ?
    Also check that the hostname is correctly reported in the basic setup and change hostname WHM pages.
