    Hello All:

How do I set up a simple root level cron job? (In this case to delete the content of the /tmp folder once a week?) WHM has no such link ... and cPanel would be on the domain level only. Where can I add such a job as server admin via WHM, if at all?

    Thanks!

    Go on, have a guess
You have to do it from root shell via SSH using the command:

    crontab -e

This will throw you into an editor (usually pico) where you can add new entries with the correct format.

    For help on format, check:

    man crontab
    man crontab -S 5
