root login disabled !!

    Hi there,

    I couldn't login to WHM and ssh via root.
    both of WHM and ssh shows login fails. I can only login via console.

    Code:
    adnan@mshhost [~]# su root
-bash: /bin/su: Permission denied
    Please advise

    Assuming you have root access, if it's not allowing you in, you might want to contact your Hosting Provider and ask them for assistance with this.

    Password of root is working fine in console but I couldn't login to ssh and WHM by root.
    Another users are working in ssh.

    For example :
