You are probably running the latest RedHat release (Taroon Update 8) which is currently not supported by rkhunter.

Check by running cat /etc/redhat-release

This also appears to be a problem with CentOS 4.4 Upgrade that took place earlier in the week. I have put in a request add CentOS 4.4 to the database.
