RoR SprintApp installation

I am new to Ruby on Rails but trying to install this app:

https://github.com/macfanatic/SprintApp

I have Ruby running and other apps running. I've created the new application and I downloaded SprintApp and moved it to the application directory. Can someone guide me on how to get this installed properly? The install instructions are at the URL above but I am not sure what some of them mean..
