We own a business and use RoundCube as our business address, but I've been noticing that I haven't gotten any emails today.
This is the error message I get when I send myself an email:

    550 550 Mailbox quota exceeded (state 14).

Any clues, can I contact anybody?
Thanks any help is DEEPLY appreciated!

Check if your cpanel account reached the max quota, or if the mail account did.

It seems that could be one of those two things.

You can try to upgrade the cpanel account quota or the mail account quota in order to solve this issue.

Also you can run a fixquotas just in case.

    Hello :)

The disk space usage for the account should be displayed on the left menu under "Stats" when you login to cPanel. If you click on "Email Accounts" under the "Mail" section of cPanel, the disk space usage for your email accounts will be displayed.

    Thank you.
