Is there a way to make a round-robin DNS record in WHM?

    irc.example.com round-robins to server1.example.com and server2.example.com

    Go on, have a guess
The simplest way is to create multiple A records with low TTL's pointing to the relevant IP's within the zone file, so:

    irc.example.com. 60 IN A 11.22.33.44
    irc.example.com. 60 IN A 11.33.44.22
    irc.example.com. 60 IN A 11.22.33.55

However, it's not stunningly effective and has many drawbacks (i.e. caching and DNS servers that ignore TTL's - which a suprising number of large ISP's do). For more information google around for "round-robin DNS" but make sure anything you look at is for BIND v9 and not older versions.
