Roundcube disconnects the client

Roundcube disconnects the client, sometimes it's a few minutes, sometimes immediately after logging in, I don't see anything interesting in the log and I can't deal with this problem.

If you access Roundcube from your location, do you also experience a similar disconnect? If not, it's possible the client could have a DHCP connection on their end that is breaking the cookie validation settings in cPanel.

If you can't reproduce the issue, can you try adjusting WHM >> Tweak Settings and set the "Cookie IP validation" option to disabled to test this possibility?
