I recently installed cPanel 11, using the CURRENT build (I think?), and noticed Roundcube in the webmail options.

The only problem is, it doesn't work. The error I get is this:

    Any suggestions?

I'm running current and don't see Roundcube anywhere in the settings.

The error is more than likely related to not editing the db configuration correctly. Most commonly is when people attempt to upgrade but only replace the database username + password but don't replace the databasename part aswell.

I get this error after upgrading cPanel. I didn't install roundcube myself, so it's an error with cPanel. I don't want to go and edit cPanel related files

    Not a config error

This is not a db config error, I don't think - not in my case, anyway.

This error is intermittent. Roundcube works fine for a few page loads, but then starts throwing this error:

    SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!

    Error No. [0x01F4]

I can hit the back button to get the address book, settings, etc - which all work just fine - but when going to check mail (again, after having successfully checked it a few minutes previously) it throws this error again and again.

Logging out and then back into webmail doesn't help - same error.

Also logging in from a different computer / browser doesn't work - same problem.

Logging out and then back in using Horde works fine.

Database login as defined in db.inc.php works fine.
