When customers log into webmail, then click RoundCube, they are presented with a white page with the words:
SERVICE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE!
Error No. [500]
Last night, our servers all got pushed the 11.28.86 STABLE cPanel upgrade, so
perhaps it's related to that. This server runs suPHP, if this is helpful to know.
Not finding anything interesting, I checked with our data center, and they fixed it and said:

So, hope this helps someone out there...I was able to get this resolved for you by forcing roundcube to switch to the
sqlite database system. cPanel put this into place some time ago however some
machines were not switched over.
