RoundCube error

    In the past days, we migrate a cPanel server to another (new installation). All work fine execpt some email accounts of a lot of clients, when they tried to send or respond a email, had the error 501. We check and the problem is that there are not a identities created.

    When we add one, all work fine. The problem are that we can not login in to all simple account for make the change.

    Some one that know how to solve it?
