Roundcube Error

    Hi Guys,

    I seem to be having a problem with Roundcube. It displays a white page when clicking through from webmail. However I have followed the other forum posts about running the force update to rebuild the database etc. My error log has presented this.

    PHP Wrning: Configuration error. Unsupported database driver: in /usr/local/cpanel/base/3rdparty/roundcube/program/lib/Roundcube/rcube.php on line 1156

    Any ideas what the fix to this is?

    Hello :)

    Could you post the full error output that appears when forcing an update of Roundcube? For instance, are there any additional error messages? Have you tried backing up the Roundcube database, dropping it, and then reinstalling Roundcube?

    The database seems be to missing completly unless im being blonde! Only just noticed the warning sign in the error log. But what would I have miss compilied

    Hi Michael,

    The outcome from the support guys was this:

    "The problem was /bin/chown was 0k so Roundcube could not change ownership on files. I reinstalled the coreutils RPM and confirmed that /bin/chown works now."

    All is working and is now fixed!
