Roundcube error500 with default email account

Hi everyone, this is the first time i write on a forum but i need help with roundcube.
One of my costumers has several email account on his cpanel account, and the mail server is runnung correctly.
I can open with browser every single email account with roundcube and horde, but if i try to open the default mail account ( and so see every address ) roundcube gives me error 500. Instead horde is working fine, but they prefer to use roundcube.
I have tryed to open /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log but there is nothing on this error.
Can someone help me?

Does this happen with other accounts and roundcube as well?

Maybe yes, i'll try to update WHM,
The problem is only for the default mail address, i will let you know if it resolves.
