Had a strange issue this morning. A user contact me and told me their address book was wrong. (Actually, they could see MY address book)
Turns out that the users table in roundcube was empty and started creating itself sometime last night. Users had the wrong Identities and could see the wrong address books as they were assigned a new user number which didn't match their old user number.
I found a back at /var/cpanel/roundcube and was able to restore the file. This solves the issue. The backup was created last night, so huge luck there. Not sure what I would have done as the last backup was 6 months ago!
