Which cPanel update tree you are using? "release" or "stable" or something else? Did you try to run /scripts/upcp --force and review the upcp output for any errors or conflicts which will help you troubleshooting this.

    Hello :)

I have seen this happen when /usr/bin/perl is symbolically linked to /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/bin/perl. Please post the output of the following command:

    Code:
    ls -al /usr/bin/perl /usr/local/bin/perl
    Thank you.
