    Hi,

All suddenly, when I click on "Service Status" under WHM I am getting this error on top of the table with status:

    ****
rpmdb: unable to join the environment error: db4 error(11) from dbenv->open: Resource temporarily unavailable error: cannot open Packages index using db3 - Resource temporarily unavailable (11) error: cannot open Packages database in /var/lib/rpm
    ****

I tried "rebuild RMP" from within WHM but it does nothing.

    Please suggest a remedy!

    Hi,

I couldn't. I am trying in cirle to delete a database file and run rpm -rebuilddb but this doesn't help.

I've tried to submit a ticket to cPanel support but their form processor is down.

    Can anyone help? Any suggestions?

    Cretu
