rss2html.php script and getting my rss feeds readable

I've tried to get rss feeds to run on my site and
in the process of doing this, I got a 500 error on the
whole website.

Making a link on my page that reads:

<a href="http://www.domain.com/rss2html.php?XMLFILE=money.xml&TEMPLATE=sample-template.htm&MAXITEMS=10">Click here</a>

What am I doing wrong here?

Please contact your host for such issues.

Cpanel is a web hosting panel, not your host.
