after copying all my sites with rsync i dont have permission to to do anything
    to delete, write etc files
    i used rsync -vp -e -r ssh root@oldhost:/home/admin/site/. /home/site/public_html

you will probably have to set the correct ownerships

    chown -R site.site /home/site/public_html
    chown site.nobody /home/site/public_html

What's the error message? If you're getting error 500, probably you have PHPsuExec (or suPHP) installed and the file index.php has incorrect permission. Modify the permission to 755 for all PHP files to fix it. If you're getting some other error, post it here so that one of us can help you further.
