Here is my problem, im using lighttpd on another IP address on port 80, now because of this ive had to setup apache with Listen 1.2.3.4:80 so it does not listen on all ip's causing lighttpd to not start as it cant bind itself to the port 80.

Now everytime I restart apache from CPanel it reports as down, but its running fine, I also recieve an e-mail every 5mins saying httpd was down had to restart etc.. ive had to turn apache monitering off on "Service Manager" but I would much prefer this to be on just incause apache does fail......

    Anyway I can fix this?

    Go on, have a guess
You need to make sure that the cPanel apache also listens on 127.0.0.1 as chkservd uses localhost to check apache is running on port 80.
