Running Edge - When to stop

We had to run the edge update for a security fix a while back. It still says that we are using the edge build. My question is how do I transition into a more stable build and how do I know when to do that ?

Go to http://layer2.cpanel.net/ and if the latest stable is higher than your current version, you can switch.

So If I am running 9.9.8-EDGE 55 and I want to go current instead. I need to wait until that page lists current as 9.9.8-CURRENT_55 correct? Currently its only at 9.9.8-CURRENT_44.

I think if you switch to automatic current, it's get downgraded to 9.9.8-CURRENT_44.
