Safe to delete /3rdparty/interchange ?

    Hi,

    I have disabled interchange since months. Now I wonder if it's safe to delete the interchange directory in /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty

    I'm pretty sure that cPanel will reinstall Interchange if you remove it and later reactivate it within WHM. If you have no intensions on using it again, I don't see an issue with deleting the interchange directory.

    I would bet that the next time you run /scripts/upcp it will come right back.

    Perhaps. You could always symlink the interchange directory/files to /dev/null.

    create it after you delete it chattr it and then touch it and you should be good to go
