same build different WHM options?

Now this is strange, I just updated two servers to E71, both using Xskin for WHM. Updated Xskin for both servers.

Now this is what is weird.
Server1 has Tweak FTP Settings
Server2 does not.

Both same build, same theme, both updated at same time. Why is it missing on one server?

If anyone has any suggestions bring em one as I am stumped at this point.

Never mind... it helps when you remove the chattr protection.
