I want to make sure my server does not spam others and i want to get the spamassassin to scan outgoing mail. I would like to know what values do you use for the below or any other values you may think are relevant. The settings below are in exim configuration manager. Also if you have good rbls that would be nice to share.

Apache SpamAssassin™ reject spam score threshold [?]
Reject mail at SMTP time if the spam score is greater than this number. (positive or negative, single digit after a decimal point allowed)

Scan outgoing messages for spam and reject based on defined Apache SpamAssassin™ score (Minimum: 0.1; Maximum: 99.9) [?]
Scan and reject mail bound for non-local domains that Apache SpamAssassin™ classifies as spam.

Hey there! Having the outbound option enabled is the best thing you can do to ensure your server doesn't send out spam. I didn't find much about using an RBL with outbound messages. More details about configuring the spam score can be found here, but usually that score works well by itself without adjustment: Spam Filters | cPanel & WHM Documentation
