Scan for trojan horses

Hello
I'm new to cpanel, and i just tried the option scan for trojan horses in WHM and it says that i' 109 possible trojan on my box, but i even checked my box with chkrootkit and did not find anything fishy, i even checked for abnormal behaviour but could not find anything wrong, so please guide what should i do ? i've attached the log of the result of cpanel trojan horse scan
