What is the best sofware to intall on cpanel? I have clamav but im not sure if it good???

ClamAV is good. However, Make sure it's updated and current. Also, You can take a look at maldet. For rootkits, Take a look at root kit hunter.

Also try with ConfigServer eXploit Scanner (cxs), It's scanning all the files while uploading on the the server.

pyxsoft.com also makes an anti malware scanner that works with mod security to scan uploads etc in realtime as well as scanning the users directories for malware etc.
