I have a script that want /cgi-bin/ but cpanel only allows me to have /scgi-bin/ how can I get around this?
All my accounts have /cgi-bin/ I don't understand why yours don't?
Is it your server, or do you have a user account on someone else's? If that's the case, talk to your host. It is possible they are not allowing you to have a cgi-bin
