script automatically create the domain/user

Hello all
I'm not familar with all features cPanel has. Could any help me?
I need the script that will automatically create the new domain/user.
For example. I need a site where somebody go, purchase the the site (hosting) and script must add automatically simple user with domain based on simple profile, without a single menu intervention
