    Hello ladies and gents,

    I'm having a problem with a script that I am trying to run ... everytime I execute the script it runs for a period of 20 to 30 seconds then just stops. I've gone into WHM and changed the max_execution_time to 600 seconds (10 minutes) but that didn't change anything.

    Can someone please help me fix this problem? I can't seem to find a solution.

    Thanks!

    You might ask your host to check the server logs. If you're not root Administrator for that server for instance, you wouldn't know that the server may have security stopping that file from running. Best to ask them about this.

    Sorry, just noticed you mentioned WHM, Do you have CSF installed?

    Hello :)

    It may be helpful to create "phpinfo" page and upload it to your website. The code to use is:

    Code:
    <?php
    phpinfo();
    ?>
    Check to see if the max_execution_time you have configured matches what's displayed on the "phpinfo" page.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    I do believe we have cfs installed - I would need to confirm that with my step brother. The apache error logs are blank so I really don't know what to do next...

    Who gets the email from the server itself? CSF, if it blocks a script will send out an email to the root user of the server.
