Hello, i noticed that all my sites was unavailable and load on server extremelly low in WHM. so i watched apache log file and it shows many enteries like:

Hello :)

Are you defining a specific PHP handler for these accounts in their .htaccess files? What is in the .htaccess files for these accounts? What PHP handler are you using?

Im unsure how i can discover an cpanel account name out of above result?
On the server is php5, cgi, suexec

You would not find the username from the output you provided. However, you mentioned:

"noticed that all my sites was unavailable"
You would check the username of an account that was unavailable. Otherwise, feel free to open a support ticket so we can take a closer look. You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.
