Script to change TTL values for existing zones .. ??

I need to migrate to new IPs but I'd like to reduce the TTL values for all hosted domains to 1 hour a few days before I do the IP migration ...

Does anyone have a script already that can adjust the TTL values for all zone files ? I am using Centos 4.2 / Bind

Does any other value in the domain's zone file need changing in order for people to take notice of the new TTLs .. the serial number perhaps ?
