ScriptAlias line disappears when Upgrade/Downgrade

    Is anyone else experiencing any problems with the cgi-bin ScriptAlias line disappearing when you Upgrade/Downgrade an account?

    I am running cPanel 11.11.0-RELEASE_16983 and I am seeing this behavior.

    I created a bugzilla report:

    concerning this. I am just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem.

    All my CGI scripts stops working since i modified a package, maybe this is related. :(

    Yes, i got removed all my ScriptAlias lines. Using the latest Stable here.
