Appears to be a simple fix for the base apache configuration and the way FP fux0rs up index.wml pages- I just glanced at it but I\'d imagine it is going through FP webs on your box and taking files that were renamed either from index.wml to index.html, or vice versa, and setting things straight, in lieu of how you have the indexing directives set up within apache on your box.
Other than anything with index.wml/index.htm & FrontPage, that script doesn\'t appear to do anything earth shattering.
