/scripts/installimagemagick and high load

Lately I have been noticing a high server load on one of our servers. When I checked on it, it would appear that the cpanel updates are running /scripts/installimagemagick, which appears to be hanging and running the server load up. ImageMagick is installed on this server, and I do not know why this script continues to run every night and why it runs the server load up. Has anybody else experienced this?
