/scripts/pkgacct error ...any help?

    i got this error when it try to run backup from shell

    Code:

    if i use this command

    PHP:
    /scripts/cpup --force

    is there any problem

    I recommend running /scripts/upcp --force

    Try running /scripts/checkperlmodules

    If after running that, upcp still doesn't work - please submit a support ticket: http://tickets.cpanel.net/submit
