    I'm try to suspend an account throught ssh, calling
    /scripts/suspendacct username

    But the script outs:
    Changing Shell to /bin/false...Changing shell for user.

    Warning: "/bin/false" is not listed in /etc/shells
    Shell changed.
    Done
    Locking Password...Locking password for user user.
    passwd: Success
    Done
    Notification => suport@host.com via EMAIL [level => 3]
    Undefined subroutine &Whostmgr::Quota::getusersquota called at /scripts/suspendacct line 153.

    Scripts after the line 153 are not executed... including the .htpasswd replacement.
    How to fix it?

    Thanks

    Would appear that /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Quota.pm is missing

    try /scripts/upcp --force

    /usr/local/cpanel/Whostmgr/Quota.pm file exists, but only those functions are declared:
    analyzerepquotadata and fetchrepquota

    The function "getusersquota" isn't declared.
    I will try to run today /scripts/upcp --force when the traffic is less. After this, i'm post the results.

    Thanks

    I am afraid to update....
    Usually the update is successful?
    Will I lose my greylist settings of the exim?

    My /etc/cpupdate.conf is
    BANDMINUP=inherit
    COURIERUP=inherit
    CPANEL=never
    EXIMUP=inherit
    FTPUP=inherit
    MYSQLUP=never
    PYTHONUP=inherit
    RPMUP=daily
    SYSUP=daily
    Only need to remove the line "CPANEL=never"?
    Some other suggestions?

    Thanks

    Updates are always successful from my experience over the past several years.

    If you manually added your greylisting stuff to exim.conf, you may lose it. If you added it via WHM's Exim Configuration Editor, it's hard to say sometimes. Back up whatever config you have, the update. If your settings are removed, add them back.

    I'd change CPANEL=never to CPANEL=current and the do the update. You can't let cPanel stay at one version forever, as you will eventually have to update. There are very important reasons for upgrading 11.15.0-CURRENT_17853 that are well worth re doing any greylisting config you may have in place.
