    Hi y'all,

I'm really at a loss. I can't update cpanel on one of my machines. I tried rebuilding the RPM database as mentionned by a few users to no avail, this is all upcp is giving me:

    root@cherry [/home/mary/www]# /scripts/upcp
PHP version file is up to date
    Doing a manual update...
Cpanel updates are coming from layer2.cpanel.net
    fileutils passes checksum
    findutils passes checksum
    net-tools passes checksum
    tcp_wrappers passes checksum
    MailBox (winsl1@winwinenterprizes.com) [warn]
    Terminated

I'm really at a loss here. Any help would be appreciated. It does the same from the WHM update. I also tried fixing my mailboxes because of that MailBox error, but it didn't help...

Any ideas would be a blessing at this point...

Wow! Look at this one now... just tried it again...

    root@cherry [/home/mary/www]# /scripts/upcp
PHP version file is up to date
    Doing a manual update...
Cpanel updates are coming from layer2.cpanel.net
    fileutils passes checksum
    findutils passes checksum
    net-tools passes checksum
    tcp_wrappers passes checksum
    Checking /dev/hda....OK
    x - creating lock directory
    x - SKIPPING /usr/local/lib/php.ini (file already exists)
    Terminated

Hehehe... I'm thinking it's a problem on my end, I just need a yessum or nosir.

Something on your box is killing the upcp process. Either a user or perhaps something that you have monitoring script CPU/MEM usage?

It might be caused by the speed of the server :)
