Hello all,

Based on the cpanel troubleshooting guide, I ran
/scripts/updateuserdomains and it returned

== WORKAROUND ENABLED ==
Serious Problem -- This should never happen!!
The hostname (truckingshow.com) is owned by the user myusername
== WORKAROUND ENABLED ==

The hostname, I thought, was srv.truckingshow.com, it is set-up in the dns zones. myusername is what I put in for the username when I created the account for www.truckingshow.com. We are getting 550 unroutable address failures when sending mail to this domain,figured we will solve this error first.

Thanks,

What is the output of the 'hostname' command? I'd recommend making sure your hostname is not set to truckingshow.com as that is not a valid hostname. A valid hostname should be like you suggested srv.truckingshow.com which has 2 '.'s.

If you are unable to set your hostname or figure out the issue, feel free to submit a support request (check my signature for the link).
