    ok my server is :

    Sorry for the inconvenience!
The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. cPanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

    going ssh i do...

    df -h

    # cd /
    # df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
    /dev/sda5 7.9G 7.5G 0 100% /
    /dev/sda1 122M 35M 81M 31% /boot
    none 244M 0 244M 0% /dev/shm
    /dev/sda6 34G 7.4G 25G 23% /home
    /dev/sda7 1012M 39M 922M 5% /tmp
    /dev/sda2 20G 3.4G 16G 18% /usr
    /dev/sda3 9.9G 616M 8.8G 7% /var
    /tmp 1012M 39M 922M 5% /var/tmp
    #

so i go to / and do ...

    cd /root
    # find . -maxdepth 1 -type d -print | xargs du -sk | sort -rn

    420 ./.MirrorSearch
    260 ./.cpanel
    28 ./.ssh
    20 ./.spamassassin
    16 ./.gnupg
    16 ./.cpobjcache
    12 ./cpanel3-skel

i resolved but ... Your cpbackup destination is on a filesystem which has quotas

I configured the backup to /backup , so everything that was not on previous mentioned mounted , was in / including /backup, i changed it to /home2 an extra empty drive, but said

"Your cpbackup destination is on a filesystem which has quotas enabled, " so the backup was not configured.

I will look the answer to this now..
