Search updated cpanel skin in german/english

Hi

I used the Coolbreeze Cpanel Theme until now and I was quite happy, but now I realized that for example the change password for mail account function doesn't work anymore in this theme. With the X or X2 theme it works. Therefore I'm searching a theme, which is really updated quite often. It should have the language file in german and in english. I'm searching just the theme and not a theme with a installer or other function. Which company is selling usch a theme?
