    It is normal, this represents all incoming unrouted mail discarded for domains on your server.

    That is the other common entry you will see as well.

    Both "bypassed and blackhole" are from Server Clients using these features within their individual Cpanel's.

    LOL on the politeness ;)

    Related to :blackhole, is there any way to keep this from sitting in queue. The clients that use :blackhole often do it to accounts they get a lot of SPAM at...all these bounces messages sit in queue. Any ideas?
