Second site on my server and DNS problems

Hello
I have a problem. I've got dedicated server with WHM installed. There are two sites on it. First - primary site domain.com with nameservers ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com. All works fine. Second - domain.net, here is problems. When i try to change NS from old to new (ns1.domain.com and ns2.domain.com) I recieve message from domain registrator:

Dear Madam/Sir,
We are sorry to notify that the check of 'domain.com'
DNS-servers has failed with the following error(s):

1. Can not find A record for ns1.domain.com.

Please try to correct the problems before the next check
retry in 3 hours.


But A-record already exists in my domain.com zone.

Any advice?

Run the domain check at dnsstuff.com

Since you are trying to set the second domain with the nameserver of the first, the registrar may still be resolving to its old server. Anyway, your dns report will give you all the info you need and tell you where its resolving, etc.
