I have a problem, sdb shows as 99MB, should be secondary disk, 160GB. How do I correct this without messing up the primary partition?

    root@thor [~]# df -h
Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on
    /dev/sda3 145G 4.4G 133G 4% /
    /dev/sda1 99M 36M 59M 38% /boot
    /dev/sdb1 99M 4.1M 90M 5% /backup
    none 501M 0 501M 0% /dev/shm
    /usr/tmpDSK 243M 4.1M 226M 2% /tmp
    /tmp 243M 4.1M 226M 2% /var/tmp

Just a note, the sda2 is missing somehow, and sdb2 and sdb3 are not appearing.
