    Hi,

Is there any way to allow a secondary username to login to WHM with full privileges but have the user unable to login via SSH?

    Please advise

    Thanks

You can create a Reseller from WHM and give that Reseller full root access. It will let that Reseller account to use all WHM functions. But if all WHM privileges will be assigned then that user can made any modifications even rebooting the server and changing root password and even if you disable the ssh login for that account, it can be enabled.

So you can setup a restricted account with limited WHM privileges.
