    Hi,

The shown values for Secure SSL/TLS settings that Cpanel is showing to users are not correct.
For both Imap and POP the shown ports are not working

For example for POP I can't seem to connect using 995 and 465 but I can do it on 110 and 587.

    Any ideas?

CSF, but those ports are allowed, see images. Is there something else I could check?

Try using telnet from a remote server to access those ports to see if you get a response. EX:

    Code:
    telnet "YOUR-SERVER-IP" 995
    Thank you.

All ports seem to answer. But trying to connect with SSL/TLS doesn't work
Only STARTTLS works on ports 143 and 587

I attached an image showing Thunderbird trying to connect

    Thank you
