SecureSLL taking forever

So I have a new cpanel server and I thought I would try using the SecureSSL to setup a trial certficate just to see how things work.

However, when I fill everything out, the browser just sits there and nothing comes back. I do get two emails but that is it.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Off topic answers

The answers you gave don't seem to be related whatsoever to the problem I described as I was talking about 'Secure SSL' which is apparently a partner of cpanle's whereby you can purchase and install an ssl cert.

My question was why is this taking so long after you fill in all of the fields and hit continue to provide the next page?

There used to be a bug, supposedly fixed, but maybe not?

Heck, go directly to instantssl's site and you can directly sign up for any of their certs. As an added bonus, you can become a reseller for a minimal investment and make a few extra bucks
