Security and VPS/ VDS

Installation requires patching the regular Kernel from the kernel.org it is impossible to use RedHat Kernel, (due to ctx patch)

What about security risks ? without security patches?
Because I have to apply ctx pach for the kernel thus cannot use RedHat supplied kernels or other security powered kernels
