Security for my server

    Im biulding new server but i want to know what security should i take.
    Router,switch or firewall?
    At this moment i have onl switch and router and its doing fine.

    A hardware firewall could be helpful, depending on how it's configured. Much of the steps you can take to secure your server will occur after you have installed your OS and cPanel. The "Security Advisor" option in Web Host Manager is a good place to start. You can also browse through the "Security" forum here to get an idea of issues other users are experiencing and what steps they take to address the concern. You may want to consult with a qualified system administrator if you are not familiar with setting up and securing a new server.
